​Yoga Fundamentals

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.

Rise & Shine
Rise and Shine! Awaken your senses and start the day with sun salutations and a flowing series of dynamic asanas. This invigorating early morning class will start your day on the right note! Modifications in poses for different levels.

Flow & Let Go

​This class is designed to transform and inspire you through a light hearted and playful flow; using physical asana as vessel to access and manifest liberation of both body and spirit. Each movement will cultivate rhythmic, fluid expression using fun sequencing layered with breath and transitional postures. Students of all levels can join. Modifications will be offered.

Energy Flow

Flow class is a Vinyasa practice - a moving meditation, linking breath with movement - cultivating energy. This class will be warm (with natural heat) and offer variances of vigorous, energetic, dynamic, and flow-based yoga that will harmoniously challenge your strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio. Students of all levels can join. Modifications will be offered.

Power 

Slow Flow Vinyasa is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience. This class is geared towards all practitioners looking to build muscle strength. Some classes will offer Meditation. Come to Renew!

Intermediate to Advanced πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯


Slow Flow 
An intermediate/advanced flow class linking breath with movement. Internal, as well as external heat will add fluidity to muscle movement. Come with an open mind and open heart. Modifications will always be offered, however a physical yoga foundation is recommended.

Power & Yin

In our Power & Yin classes we flow with our breath allowing postures to thread together into a sequence of breath led movement. Yin offers a sweet, relaxing stretch focussed on lengthening muscles, releasing fascia and allowing ligaments and tendons to release. In Power / Yin we marry the two to offer a little movement and flow (Vinyasa) followed by deeper stretches and relaxation (Yin). This class will begin with a warming and heart-opening yang practice allowing prana or energy to begin flowing in the body. The second half of the class will focus on yin poses held longer to stretch the connective tissues helping us to relax into the deepest layers of the body. You will be sure to leave feeling calm, peaceful and balanced after this healing practice.

Hips & Heart

An ALL LEVELS Hatha flow. Holding postures for a little more than a few breaths. Focusing on hip openers and heart openers. Working into connective tissue, exposing the heart in various backbends, working with breath and sinking into a sweet savasana.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is used to help mothers connect better with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible and strong helping her prepare for the challenges of labor & birth. Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with the care provider). Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond birth.

Restorative/Yin

​Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. It is a practice of deliberate stillness and requires no muscular effort. In this class, we will settle into some supported floor poses (gentle twists, supported forward folds and back bends, slight/supported inversions, and different versions of Savasana) for intervals of about 5-20 minutes while releasing tension, gently breathing, and allowing gravity to draw us towards the steadiness of the earth underneath. Restorative yoga poses manipulate our nervous system in such a way that reduces the influence of our activating systems (sympathetic) and increases the efforts of our quieting systems (parasympathetic) so that we may take rest. All of the organ systems in the body are benefited during deep relaxation, and a few of the measurable results of deep relaxation are the reduction of blood pressure, stress-hormone levels, serum triglycerides and blood sugar levels, the increase of the β€œgood cholesterol” levels, as well as improvement in digestion, fertility, elimination, the reduction of muscle tension, insomnia, anxiety, and generalized fatigue. This style of yoga provides a time for BEING instead of DOING. This class is a practice of actively cultivating the attitude of letting go and will help teach you to learn how to deeply relax.
