Please note: our studio is in a warehouse. When it's warm outside, it's warm inside.

There is no central A/C. However, we do run a large fan to circulate air.

So far, our students are loving it :)

Just a few words on studio etiquette...

Sunlight is a cell phone free zone - please leave your cell phone in the cubbies in the office. We understand there are emergencies, but suggest trying to detach from the outside world for the 60 - 75 mins you are in class. You will thank yourself one day :)
Children are absolutely invited to attend any class if they can respectfully and quietly participate throughout the length of class.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class so that practice may begin peacefully and on time.
If you are a new student, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign paper work and get settled in.
Please leave shoes and all belongings in cubbies.
To respect our students, doors will lock on time for the start of class. Please do not knock or try to walk through the curtains as this creates disruption for a silent, centering, grounding mediation at the beginning.
